Application for Change of Department for Enrolled Students, Fall 2026
This is to notify the application for change of department/major for enrolled students for Fall semester, 2026. Those who wish to change departments or majors are required to submit the application form within the designated time as below.

a. Applying for 'Change of Department'
- i)Application form for change of department (Prescribed form): Attachment #1
- ii)Application form for Credit Recognition from the change of department: Attachment #2
- iii)Transcript
b. Applying for 'Change of Major'
- i)Application form for change of major (Prescribed form): Attachment #3
- ii)Transcript
3Place for Submission
The Department Office of the major you are changing to.
4Application Period
July 9th(Thu), 2026 ~ July 17th(Fri), 2026
5Notes
- a.Students are allowed to change departments only once during their period of study
- b.Confirmation of the change of department will be reflected as of September 1st, 2026
